Improperly aligned frame or fork dropouts can cause bent axles and quick-release skewers, as well as tracking and shifting problems. The Frame and Fork End Alignment Gauge Set quickly determines whether the frame or fork dropouts are aligned and parallel. Disc brake rotors should be regularly checked for wear to ensure safety and performance. The DCA-1 installs onto most digital, dial, or vernier calipers (including the Park Tool DC-1) and features protruding contact points that allow measurement of the center of the braking surface, bypassing the unworn edge to ensure an accurate measurement. The conical end points of the DCA-1 can be used to measure center-to-center distances of bolt holes for calculating bolt circle diameter (BCD) of chainrings and cranks.

Park Tool's Bottom Bracket Tapping & Facing Set is a precision tool system which provides a piloted means of tapping the threads in the bottom bracket shell of a frame. After tapping, the taps act as guides to keep the included facing cutter perfectly square with the axis of the bottom bracket for cleanup of the faces of the bottom bracket shell.
